A DIN5685/A Standard Regular, sometimes called Mid Link, self-coloured chain made by Maggigroup® in northern Italy.
This chain is Self-coloured. That means it is not galvanised or has any coating, it's just the raw metal. Some of the larger sizes, 12mm and up, we get 'polished', that means the chains has been rumbled and in doing that it polishes it and it looks a bit like stainless steel BUT it won't stay that way long unless you clear coat it with something. The photos show a 20mm Self-colour that's been polished and a 12mm that's been exposed to the air for a while.
Maggigroup® has been manufacturing chains since 1925 and all products undergo stringent controls, which not only involve the functional testing of individual pieces but also includes the identification and evaluation of the product in terms of the environment impact and risks to the user. These processes not only satisfy environmental requirements relating to product use but also guarantee the end user gets a top quality product, which is always the Maggigroup® prime concern.
This makes Maggigroup® chains world leaders in performance, safety and reliability.
