The traditional seafarers choice, thanks to its easy grip and guaranteed hold even when the rope is wet. Good rubbing resistance. Suggested use on cruising boats and dinghies for sheets, control lines and reef lines.

That's the translation from Italian so in Kiwi speak, this is a polyester yachting braid like the others in common use except this Armony range uses a matt finish hi tenacity polyester yarn in it's cover. What that means is this rope starts off with no gloss and is slightly furry. That give you an immediate good grip on the rope, especially when wet.
Suss the difference on the photo with the 2 red ropes. The left is standard yarns, the right is Armony
We reckon this is great for mainsheets and other lines that get handled a lot but don't need serious strengths and where a little stretch isn't a big concern.
