Description
Armare Speed Plus is part of Armare’s cruising line range of ropes, positioned at the performance end of the range for sailors who demand more over standard polyester cored yacht braids. Designed for club racing boats, performance cruisers, and general cruisers, it delivers a great balance between affordability, durability, strength, low stretch, and handling.
Armare Speed Plus is built as a high-strength, low-stretch double braid rope, Speed Plus features a Spectra (HMPE) core, giving it excellent strength and stretch characteristics.
Armare Speed Plus rope is finished with a Cordura and Polyester blended cover. This provides: outstanding grip and durability on winches and stoppers. While being smooth, and comfortable to handle for crew. It is also durable and has good wear characteristics for long term and demanding use.
Applications:
Ideal as a performance-oriented yacht braid for halyards, sheets, and control lines on club racing boats, performance cruisers, and cruising yachts.
