Anchor Capstans

Anchor Capstans, Warping drums, Rope winches, Rope drums, all are just some of the names used to describe Capstans. Luckily the days have moved on from having to use ones like the beast to the right, can you imagine the cold beers you'd have to front with once the anchor was up.

Not all are used exclusively for anchoring so we have a range that are designed more as anchor capstans but we have also included ones for line hauling, docking assistance and some that can be used for a multitude of uses.

As we specialise in anchor systems and gear we can also do larger ones than are listed here, a lot larger or in assorted configurations so if you have anything from a dingy through to a large ship we can hook you up with something......... and all the gear to go on it.
