Description
Armare Storm Line is a premium polyester double braid rope manufactured in Italy by Armare. Originally developed for the superyacht market as a high-quality mooring line with to match athestics, in the smaller sizes Storm Line is well suited for a general yacht braid for cruising boats for sheets and control lines alongside general purpose applications.
The rope features a braided polyester core and a durable 16-carrier polyester cover. The plyed 16 carrier cover provides good abrasion resistance while helping the rope maintain a good round profile. This makes it good for applications where the rope needs to run smoothly through blocks, fairleads and rope clutches.
Like other quality polyester ropes, Storm Line offers good strength, reasonably low stretch characteristics, excellent UV resistance and durability. Available in a variety of colours, our current stocked sizes include 8mm and 12mm.
