Short-link chains are one of our most popular product ranges here at Chains, Ropes, and Anchors. With over 40 years of experience supplying short-link chains, we’ve carefully selected a range that has been proven to perform and last. Our long-standing relationships with leading international manufacturers allow us to offer the widest range of high-quality short-link chains in New Zealand – and possibly all of Oceania.

Short-link chains are most commonly used as anchor chains, designed and calibrated for compatibility with anchoring winches. However, they can also be suited to a variety of other marine, industrial, agricultural, and commercial applications.

We supply short-link chains in a range of finishes, including:

  • AISI 316 Stainless Steel

  • AISI 318LN Stainless Steel

  • Solid Zinc

  • Hot-Dipped Galvanised

  • Black / Self-Coloured

Our range is available to the most common international standards, such as DIN 766, ISO 4565, Imperial, and AS2321, and across a wide variety of grades, including Grade 30, 40, 50, 60, and 70.

We source all our short-link chains from a series of respected chain manufacturers, including MF, Rigamonti, Cromox, Force Chains, and PWB.
