Donaghys Dockline is a double braid is a rope specifically designed and suited for use in mooring and docking lines. It features a Type 6-6 nylon core with a high-tenacity polyester jacket. The advantage of the polyester cover over a nylon cover is that polyester is more durable, does not shrink, and is far more resistant to UV deterioration, offering improved durability and longevity. The nylon core meanwhile provides excellent stretch and shock absorption characteristics.
